Rachel is a third-generation Oregonian; her great-grandparents were true pioneers who survived the Oregon Trail (no dysentery!) and grew up with that love for adventure: whitewater rafting and kayaking with her dad, mountain biking through the woods, hiking around waterfalls, all gifts she shared with her now grown children.

As an Ophthalmic Tech (COA), she has accumulated 30 years of ophthalmology experience in all aspects of clinic, OR, research, and regenerative medicine. Passionate about genuinely helping people, she is excited to be a part of a company that has such a positive impact on connecting talented professionals with practices, contributing to their growth, and igniting a ripple effect of healing and compassion in their communities.
