Kaylee and her family live in northern Colorado, where she enjoys summer boating and snowboarding/skiing in the winter with her family. She enjoys watching her girls competitive cheerleading and “breaking a leg” in the theater.

Kaylee has a decade of optometry experience, where she has spent most of her time leading teams in clinics and field recruiting. She is experienced in team building and development, mergers and acquisitions, and recruiting in large retail clinics and has experience in private practice settings.
