Lee retired from the corporate world in 2023 after a 30+ year career in the Ophthalmology industry, including over two decades in sales leadership and senior corporate roles with Alcon Surgical and Johnson & Johnson Vision.

Over the course of his career , Lee hired more than 150 professionals and developed a strong ability to match candidates with roles where than can succeed. He brings deep industry knowledge , having worked extensively across the U.S. and gained hands-on familiarity with cataract, vitreoretinal, and refractive surgical technologies.

Lee is passionate about building relationships and connect physicians and professionals with meaningful opportunities in Ophthalmology.

A graduate of Auburn University (War Eagle!), Lee has been married to his wife, Dee, for 36 years. He enjoys, traveling, hiking, the outdoors, pickleball, and working in the yard and garden with Dee.
