Caneel and her family have relocated to South Carolina and recently celebrated the first birthday of their only child.

She attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, studying Psychology until 2009, and then began her career in Ophthalmology which spans over a decade.

Caneel has spent the last 5 years working as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician at Duke Eye Center in the retina and glaucoma departments. Before that, she worked as a technician in comprehensive ophthalmology and optometry.

As an ophthalmic recruiter, her ten-plus years of clinical and industry knowledge will serve her well, and we are very excited about her future with the Ocular family.
